This means that markers like "-1" and "-2" will no longer double up ("-1-2") if there are further filename conflicts, and they'll go away entirely if the record is moved to a location where there is no filename conflict. The filename counter is now preserved when rebuilding a library. that the title should stay at the current value even if the filename changes.
